Gr2 Titanium housing

The current implementation runs on a wide range of platforms, including uniprocessors, shared memory multiprocessors, gr12 titanium round rod distributed-memory clusters of uniprocessors or SMPs using a variety of cluster interconnects,and a number of specific supercomputer architectures. The distributed memory back-ends are implemented using GASNet - a network-independent and language-independent high-performance Gr2 Titanium housing communication interface designed specifically for Global Address Space languages such as Titanium.
